We believe in letters to the seller. Not always, but in situations where a property was previously deeply loved for many years, a letter from the prospective buyers adds more than dollar figures to the real estate transaction.
Our lovely clients fell in love with this Oakwood Village home but the numbers on paper weren’t getting us an acceptance. While they took off on a planned trip to Europe, we stayed in touch and tried another attempt. We offered again…but with a letter to the family included this time. Delighted to share that it stuck.
